Mold Construction
Tri-Tec Corporation has a complete mold-making department. This allows us to design and build molds, fixtures, and gages for our customers. Our in house mold design and construction allows us to provide our customers with finished parts quickly and at a lower cost.
We offer our customers the option of using Tri-Tec Corporations' universal mold bases and modular insert sets for lower production requirements and reduced tooling costs, or building multi cavity molds for those higher production requirements.
We utilize the latest versions of Cadkey and Acu Carv to support our CNC equipment and to produce the electrodes for our EDM.
